Ow ow ow ow ow - my good leg has decided it's not weight bearing today so its a bed-ridden day with codeine. I do like codeine. All my own fault of course, completely and utterly overdone it yesterday... but had such fun doing so I really don't care! :D

I had a lovely pamper myself evening last night - a long soak in a hot bubble bath reading Darkly Dreaming Dexter, music playing, a bar of chocolate and a can of Pepsi.
